Доктор Кальченко В. А. в 2009 році закінчив 1-й медичний факультет Дніпропетровської державної медичної академії (лікувальна справа).

Володимир Олексійович проходив інтернатуру по акушерству та гінекології на базі перинатального центру та кафедри акушерства, гінекології та перинатології ФПО ДДМА в м Дніпро, потім отримав спеціалізацію з УЗД на базі кафедри ультразвукової діагностики ХМАПО.

Гінеколог Кальченко В. А. вів поліклінічний прийом в Дніпропетровській міській клінічній лікарні № 20 і № 11.

З 2013 року працює в пологовому будинку Дніпропетровської центральної районної лікарні.

• установку і видалення внутрішньо­маткових спіралей;

Володимир Олексійович складається в Асоціації акушерів-гінекологів України, активно відвідує конференції та з'їзди в області акушерства та гінекології. Він досконало володіє англійською мовою.
